Brian and his crew were absolutely amazing. Brian came to my house for an estimate the following morning that I reached out to him and then got me on the schedule immediately. He told me that the tree I wanted to come down had cancer and that it was a good idea that it come down soon. His pricing was very reasonable! While on the job, Brian and his crew were very safe and hardworking. They left my lawn in beautiful condition. I couldn’t recommend 5 Star Tree Service enough and will definitely be calling them for future tree needs!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I called Brian the owner of the tree removal company and he came out same day to provide me with a quote to remove the tree in the front of my house. Once he got there he became extremely concerned with how old and dead this big tree was and the fact that it could literally crash into my house with the next wind storm we get. Living in Buffalo that could be at any point. Brian and his guys were at my house bright and early the next day taking this tree down and making sure my family was safe from a disaster. They worked so well together and got it done so quickly. I was extremely thankful for all of them. And I can’t forget the clean up. It was like a tree was never cut down. I called Brian on a Monday and on Wednesday they were out cutting the tree in my backyard. I highly recommend very professional and very friendly Brian and his staff and not mention very reasonable. The tree looks amazing (large amount removed). They did an amazing job removing and cleaning up. To the point I didn't have a leaf or twig to pick up myself. They even did some trimming for my neighbor tree and my neighbor was very happy with there service. 5 stars is not enough for what Brian and his team did for us today. He is literally our hero and came the same day after unprofessional men came to cut my tree which landed on my house and left us with no power. Thankfully Brian took time out of his busy schedule to come rescue our house and took less than an hour to move the tree off my home.
